Same actor, same ep title, but different TV show

I followed the threads when the season of Lost originally aired and I don't recall anyone mentioning this but I apologize if I'm repeating someone.

I was working through my DVD collection and watched Millennium yesterday and came across an episode titled "Walkabout". The episode had TERRY O'QUINN (aka "Locke" from Lost) as a supporting actor. I thought it was interesting that he also appeared in an episode of Lost titled "Walkabout".

I wonder how many actors/actresses have appeared in multiple series that have the same title as in the above case. Anyone else find this as well?

George Clooney was on the Elliot Gould sitcom E/R and the NBC drama e.r. Mary McDonnell was on E/R and did a run as a guest star on e.r.

Not quite what you asked about, but one of these threads just wouldn't be complete without mention of the Clooney-ER conspiracy.

I remember there used to be a lot of X-files and Star Trek episodes with the same name, such as "Little Green Men". Don't know about actors though.

In that case, I'm jealous.
