IIRC, she was in the last couple of episodes helping out with the space station situation.

I thought she disappeared....don't remember her must towards the end...just remember the presedential campaign....

She played a big role in "Ninety Miles Away" which was the fourth to last episode of the season, and the last 3 episodes were very much election focused, so even the West Wing staffers didn't get much story time.
