And according to the IMDB, she's been in the last 2 or 3 eps before this, although I don't recall seeing her.
MANDY!!!!! WHOOOOO!!!! And yeah, this is her first appearance since the end of S2.

Nice knowing ya, Tony!
It was the fact that he was going with Jack that did it for me. Plus, the fact that he was going to completely give up the job. Everything I learned from this show (Jack's partners die or at least lose limbs) plus from every Cop movie (the guy who is about to "retire" dies right before he does) equals Tony dying in what I hope to be a heroic death. I mean, hell, they let Mason go out like a winner.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that counts as "being careful".

Tony needed to have balls and take her out. Screw Castle, you knew he would die anyway.

Her and Jack can form a support group together.

From the preview, why does anyone even bother asking Jack those types of questions anymore?

I'm skipping the previews, so I'll just assume the question is "Jack, how much more time do we have?"

Yeah, Tony just put a bullseye right on his head when he talked with Michelle about leaving CTU. That and
Spoiler:
Michelle hysterically screaming, "nooooooo!" definitely means he's toast.

As for Mandy, deep down I always knew she was the real terrorist mastermind behind all the terrorist attacks over these past 4 seasons.

I can't believe something happened to Tony. Totally unexpected. And right after he had that heart-to-heart moment with Michelle too. Who could have ever seen that coming? Amazing stuff. That's what makes this the best show on television.

What about that guy Max from the boat at the end of Season 2. He seemed to be controlling Mandy.

Mandy seems like a freelancer they throw in there to mix it all up.

I wanted to hear a silly song play as Michelle said good bye to Tony, "and IIIIIii IIIII, will always, love youuuuuuuuu"

I also thought about that episode of Friends when Joey's soap opera TV character was killed off, but he didn't want to be killed off so was being difficult during the scene of his death. Tony should have been like, "Um, I don't want to go help Jack."

How did those two using Heller Jr.'s cell phone to place a call to Marwan a week earlier help the terrorists again? I must have dozed off or something.

They used the plot resequencer on his phone to ... whoops, wrong show ... that's how they got Heller's schedule for the filler episodes at the beginning of the season.
