Higher Ground On Dvd?

I was reminded of this TV Show I used to look forward to but could never find on TV.

It's called Higher Ground. Does anyone know if it was ever released on DVD or if it's still on TV?

It was airing in the afternoons on WAM! awhile back.
I don't think it's on DVD.
Which is kinda surprising, considering it starred Hayden Christensen.
You would think they would want to cash in.
