Don't Fear the Roofer

I'm surprised that Fox let them promote Ray's show. And it wasn't just a quick passing plug either.

It's gone in two weeks anyway, so Fox probably didn't care.

Laugh @ Stephen Hawkings explaination, and how screwed up Homer got Ray's schedule - NBC, Tuesdays at 3 O'clock, and the 2nd episode actually has me laughing a lot -

The Fat Bart version of the intro was hilarious. I almost fell off the couch laughing when Bart crushed Homer's car, throwing him onto the lawn.

The Hot Wheels track solution was hilarious as well.

The first Simpsons episode is still on here, but I'm going to make a prediction:

Spoiler:
Ray Magini is an anagram for "imaginary", isn't it?

Some good moments in the first episode but I thought the second one was better.

The second episode with the German hostels had me laughing especially Homer singing 99 Luftballons

I was a little late starting the second episode, but what was up with Bart's voice during the scene where they were pulling the guy in the chariot around the track? It sounded like someone else was doing the voice in place of Nancy Cartwright.

That got the biggest laugh out of me as well. Good stuff.

These two episodes have been really good.

Two very enthusiastic humbs up, fine family fun! To me, The Simpsons have hit a new stride. Not the best stride they ever hit, but certainly good! Is that stupid Ian Maxtone Graham still writing? Cuz he sucked!

"Do the bartman, do the bartman! Why don't you dance? Dance!!"

Was that a relative of Hank Scorpio in the second episode?

I laughed hard enough to wake up the girlfriend during the FatBart 'intro'. Waiting and waiting and waiting for him to come through the school doors was great.

Agreed...these 2 eps were great, esp. the FATBart Intro.

It's also been a while since an Itchy & Scratchy cartoon had me LOL.

Coupled with Family Guy, it's been an excellent nite for animation.

The first episode wasn't that great (but I always get a chuckle out of a mad Maggie).

The second episode was much better.

The fat Bart intro was definitely funny.

The plug at the end of the first episode just annoyed me. It was not funny in the slightest. In fact, the only funny joke in that whole episode was the circumcised joke.

The second was much better. Albert Brooks was hilarious.

during the credits, they listed Albert Brooks as A. Brooks... Not a huge deal, but struck me as a little odd

I noticed that as well.

I liked both episodes, but the second one was definitely superior.

Were they for real when the credits listed the real Steven Hawking as the voice for Steven Hawking? They actually had him read lines that they could have punched into a freeware computer program?
