I like the fact that is going to be on this episode.

Hopefully the Arvin Cloane storyline heats up more yet. The huge red ball was still intact at the end of the last episode, right? I wonder if Sloane will become obsessed with Rimbaldi again.

Jack picking at that with his letter opener reminded me of Tony Soprano itching his arm with a ruler :lol: .

We knew they couldn't/wouldn't do away with Jack :) .

Guess I shouldn't have jumped to a conclusion on Jack's fate :o . I say the doctor has a hidden agenda...I'm probably wrong though.

Finally I can say that Sophia's been living a double life (learn about the dual role a week ago). Plus, casting someone like Sonia Braga meant there was something behind the initial role they played. She looked damn evil at the end, there.

I walked out of the room and missed a minute. What exactly was that pill thing Jack dug out of his hand. Pretty freaky. I wonder if he was fine but that was giving him radiation.

That was my initial thought too (I'm sure everyone's), but it turns out (if it's the truth, who knows yet) the doctor put it there as medication of some kind. There was also one in his calf. The doc said Jack knew about it, but memory loss was a side effect, go figure. They can't kill Jack :mad: .

Ok I'm confussed. The APO office is in DC but they live in LA? I think they showed earlier in the season that the office entrance is in the DC subway system.

Definitely didn't see that ending coming. Although

So Sophia or whatever her name is was in on it? Or the necklace was just fixed or replaced with a bug?

What happened with the Marvin Sloane/Giant red ball storyline?

Thanks Timber - I thought I was the only insane one.
There was something fundamentally flawed about the editing of the season premiere that has left me (and you) with this feeling. IIRC, Syd left the main honcho's office (in DC) after quitting, then the next shot was a lonely, subway train at night set to music scene that led her to the APO door. I don't recall any establishing shot of LA between, and I've spent this whole season feeling like the APO office was in DC as a result.
Glad I'm not alone.

So it's the <i>third</i> Derevko sister who's the <i>really</i> evil one? Got it. I was convinced it would be the fourth (who incidentally is Marshall's real mother), but if it's the third, I'll go with that for now.

Lol. I heard there was a long-lost brother in the mix as well...who was also Jack's half-brother...meaning Irena and Jack had the same mother -eek- .

Is this the first time they've actually discussed the 3rd sister? I know it was mentioned there was a third on past occasions, but I don't remember any specific discussions of her?

They mentioned Elena before. But it was a surprise to me that it turn out to be Sophia.

Also, I think someone (probably doctor is involved too) is messing with Jack and making him think he's dying.

That's my guess too. Why would a doctor know so much about Jack's history? He's in on it somehow. And my guess is the Dr. never did tell Jack about those capsules, that he was actually knocked out before it was done, and also that the radiation isn't from the nuke plant but something planted by the Dr.

The 4th Derevko sister would be the mother of Weiss, and then when Weiss and Nadia find that out, it's ick-ville.

:lol: Ick-ville...is that near LA? I hope so, or they'll have to be working out of a different office. That would really complicate things.
