How many more episodes are there left? Will it actually make it to May Sweeps?

Tommy_Harn 04-12-05 08:16 AM

Wasn't there a rumor about "Scrubs- the Movie"? IIRC, it was supposed to be an hour long episode directed by Braff.

The janitor punching Ted was one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time

Was that the season finale? It was the 22nd episode. If so, I want more Scrubs... :(

Spoiler:
So, does that mean J.D.'s leaving for good?

Patman 04-13-05 07:11 AM

Season one had 24 episodes, but both season 2 and 3 had 22 episodes. I hope we see a couple more before the end of May.

I think that would be it for the season - a season's finale cliffhanger. Most likely next season will start off with some passage of time. J.D. will already have started a new living situation prior to the 1st episode.

Kelso buying Ted a new tie was a thing of beauty.

And the Todd kind of brought the funny.

TV Tome doesn't have any more episodes listed for this season. And they are usually on top of things.

:(

Great episode.

Best line of the night!!

Once again, this show has elevated the standard sitcom to new heights. There are some dramas that aren't as dramatic and most sitcoms aren't as funny. Season 1 on DVD cannot get here fast enough!!

Bandoman 04-13-05 09:03 AM

The Todd definitely provided the biggest laugh of the night for me with his "Something wonderful is happening" line. rotfl

invisiblegt 04-13-05 09:38 AM

Tonight's episode was the funniest in a while. The past few episodes were fairly lackluster in terms of comedy, but this was right on cue.

(And no, that was not the season finale, if I remember correctly. Bill Lawrence mentioned that the season had been extended an additional three to four episodes. So, we've got at least three more...)

"Thanks, supposedly straight surgeon!"

For some reason, Dr. Cox's litany of emotions to Jordan ("Are you amused? Bemused? C-mused?") had me rolling.

BobbyRutgers 04-13-05 10:35 AM

hope they make it to may sweeps

The whole Jordan bit was pretty lame. The rest of the ep. was top notch.

the narrator 04-13-05 10:42 AM

I think NBC would have at least advertised if it was the season finale, but who knows
