I like the first time Dr. Kelso fell and the janitor walked up and said "uncanny" I laughed so hard I had to pause the Tivo

The best was when J.D and Turk were walking and Turk when all Bruce Lee on Ted...that was classic.

According to the recent Ask Ausiello at tvguide.com, there was this clue:

Spoiler:
Question: Dude! What's all this kerfuffle about a main Scrubs cast member leaving?! It's going to be Turk, isn't it? Don't let him go! Rach

Ausiello: Someone's leaving Sacred Heart, not the show. And to that I say, "Phew!"

Could that mean
Spoiler:
Elliot? And this person is not leaving the show - only the hospital? Hmmmm

And yes I agree, this was one of the more funnier episodes of the season, a season which has been pretty much a disappointment to me. I used to look forward to watching this show live, but now I watch it when I can. Now Arrested Development is the show to watch live.

I think the new janitor uniform was actually the same one he wore during the "sitcom" episode.

Mmmmm..... Elliot and Carla in the "sitcom" episode....

As for this episode, loved it! Can't wait to have season 1 on DVD!

this season lacked the guest stars of previous seasons. season 1 had 24 eps, 2&3 had 22, and this was #22

That said, my quarantine, my first kill, and my boss's free haircut were my favorites this season

I thought this season was heavily loaded with guest spots, unless I am thinking of last season you have:

Heather Grahm
Tara Reid
ulianna Margulies
Chuck Woolery
Colin Farrel
Tom Cavenaugh
Molly Shannon
Matthew Perry
Clay Aiken
Ed McMahon

So they were there where were you?
