Two good reviews below. I had no interest in seeing it, but I think I'll watch now. Hopefully, it will be better than Grey's Anatomy.

meh
not bad, but not great either. I'll give it a few more chances but they are going to have to do a lot better if they want to compete with the other 2 shows in this slot

I thought it was excellent, although a little too much time was spent on the love triangle.
Unfortunately, I fell asleep (as usual) in the last ten minutes. Can someone give me the ending?

If you had seen the ending, you would know you wouldn't have to worry about the love triangle in future episodes. The love triangle was perfect - it established someone who we thought would be a major character, only to have him taken out just like that.
- Tim Daly character believes there is mole (working for the guy trying to buy out his agency) in the agency.
- Tim Daly character has the guy who is banging the wife determine who the mole is.
- He discovers that the mole is the black chick and confronts her about it. She invites him back to her place to do the nasty. She ends up blowing his head off.
- In the meantime, the husband listens to the recordings from the bugs he planted on his wife's car so he knows that she was cheating on him with his co-worker.

I have to start sitting on the couch while watching TV. If I lay down, I go right out.

Crap! Since most people here actually like the pilot, it may be an indicator that it's going to be canceled in the future. I cannot believe it has the lowest ratings among the three networks, ABC seemed to have problems finding the right audience for this show. After reading the book "DisneyWar", I really have doubts on the current ABC executives in charge of programming, and they haven't stepped up after taking credits of "Lost" and "Desperate Housewives" developed by former executives.
The show itself does have promises, but it seems to have a rather complex plot for a pilot, and the plot twist does remind me a little bit of "Desperate Housives". Maybe renaming it "Desperate Investigators" could boost future ratings.

I enjoyed the show. This is also a time slot open for me on after lost and alias. Does anyone know the ratings from lost to eyes last night? I wonder how many people ditch after Lost. Im also suprised after seeing the ratings in the LOST thread, although #1 the amount of people not watching lost. Maybe because of the constant re-runs.

They hemmorage from the switch from Lost to Alias. Then another slight drop-off to Eyes.
Lost 10.7/17
Alias 6.8/10
Eyes 5.7/10
Eyes came in 3rd behind a new L&O (9.1/15) and a repeat of CSI-NY (6.2/10).

No bad... I'm not in love with these characters yet (although Tim D. and the black/gay lead both were good). And I think they were working a *little* too hard at the twists and turns.
But it was breezy, and fun. And it looks like they're trying for something greater than the average P.I. show. I'll continue to tune in for a while.
