America's Next Top Model
 

I don't watch a lot of television. I have a few guilty pleasures- American Idol, Amazing Race, and a couple of other here and there. However there is a girl on America's Next Top Model from around my area- Michelle- who so happens to be the big sister of some of my step-daughters friends. So I got sucked in.....

So, I'm watching this last night and she comes out that she is bisexual. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I'm wondering how many parents had to explain that to their kids. Thankfully my step-daughter was at her moms house, so it wasn't me who needed to explain.

Also, one contestent passed out during judging. Her eyes rolled back into her head which was really scary.

So, is there anyone else out there watching?

I saw the commercial of that scene but forgot to watch. My opinion when I first saw her pass out was "something wasn't real" about it but who knows. I checked some links on sirlinksalot.net and found this:

...Rather than the usual, knees buckling, crumbling to the floor, Rebecca falls straight back and lands flat on her back.

Turns out it's a malfunctioning nerve that has given her problems since she was 3. It's nothing life threatening and it actually hadn't acted up for six or seven years. How embarrassing that it chooses now to flare up. A quick trip to the hospital to get checked out and Rebecca's good to go.

What a drama queen.
