The Shield - which main character will be the 1st to go?
 

Some great shows lose a main character somewhere along the way. With Differ'erent Strokes, it was Charlotte Rae (Mrs. Garrett); with NYPD Blue, it was David Caruso (John Kelly); with Dukes of Hazzard, it was Tom Wopat & John Schneider (Luke & Bo Duke), at least temporarily. You get the picture.

So if that does happen with The Shield (and I haven't seen the 4th or half of the 3rd season yet, though I'm in the middle of the third season and don't consider Tavon a main character), who will it be?

Also, if one of these people left the show, whose departure would most disappoint you (aside from the obvious Vic Mackey character. That would be like Tony Soprano leaving the Sopranos)?
