Replay TV customer service sucks.

I'm not sure which forum this goes into but anyway. I cancelled by Replay TV service two months ago. You can't cancel on their website. You have to call customer service to cancel so I did. Then about two weeks after I cancel I get charged my monthly charge. So I called them and told them I had cancelled. I was on the phone about 20 min talking to this guy who told me that he cancelled it and I would be getting a refund. He said the last rep I talked to didn't complete the cancellation. I got the refund about a week later. But today I check my email and what do I find? A reciept from Replay TV saying they charged me $12.99 for this months service! What the fuck do I have to do to get rid of this thing??? Anyone else have this experience with them?

Didn't they go out of business? I'm sure that doesn't help on their end.

Video capture card + computer = no need to pay $12.99 a month.
