I cracked up at "Goodbye, trumpet player I don't know. Now I know why your music is so sad." JD's delivery of that line was great.

I swear, this has got to be the sitcom with the most downer moments. Of course, it is set in a hospital...

well when is the finale? this was 4x18 - that means only 4 new episodes left. i can't imagine they would end it in April.

I didn't really like this episode too hot. Only two episodes this season I didn't absolutely love (still enjoyed them, but with Scrubs if it isn't great it's a letdown y'know?) so their track record is outstanding.

Wonder where they're taking the Carla/Turk problems.
