I really and truly don't believe the story. Let's hear from the couple whose house he paid off, with proof that he did it, dated a few years ago like the story says.

There didn't seem to be any likable person on the show. Interestingly enough, there's no one from Harvard on the show this year. In fact, it looks like none of the book smarts people went to any prestigious colleges.
And that Danny guy was very annoying. This makes me wonder if he was brought on the show just to stir things up... And I would guess the Trump story is a lie, but he probably said it was true since he was put on the spot. On the other hand, he could have told them it was a lie and then had the bit editted out. |

I think the problem is that the show is stacked in favor of the "Street Smarts" team. Most Americans don't have a college degree and enjoy "rooting for the underdog."
Furthermore, it seems like they purposefully choose the best of the best in regards in to "Street Smarts" and the average in regards to "Book Smarts." These "Streets Smarts" people are really just the exception ot the rule, most people who don't go to college don't make 1 Million a year. Whereas most people who go to college easily clear the high-end of 5 figures. Oh well, Trump gets ratings, in the end he is the only winner. |

i missed the beginning tho - what was the deal with screaming unbelievable? i kinda wished guitar tarantino would've played a song after losing the challenge - you know some boardroom theme music. lol. the black haired chick is kinda hot and the girl that got urinated on by the dog has quite a rack. or if you are a steve martin fan ... iraq. what's this weeks challenge? |
I thought the Danny guy was annoying, but it was great to see everyone gang up on him, and then he's sticking around for at least another week. He should provide plenty of laughs.
This week, I think I saw something about them managing a motel or something. At least that is what Tivo said. |
This show is definitely stacked against the College grads:
1) This year's contestants that are from College didn't even major in Business, and not one has a MBA (There are archeology, communications, and music majors) 2) There are NO Ivy league grads this year (A far cry from Kwamie, Jenn, Bill (West Point is not Ivy but still produces leaders), etc.) I think there are 3 grads from University of Miami (big party school)- and some other schools that I have never heard of. Therefore, when you pick the cream of the crop of the High School grads who are successful in business - and put them against archeology students with no business experience ..... Hmmmmmm I wonder who will win? |
