The Apprentice Three Hour Finale 12/16/04

Half over and no thread on this yet? Wow!

I am shocked that Webber didn't show up. I am convinced that most of these roadblocks were artificially created by producers.

al_bundy 12-16-04 08:33 PM

there is only one reason why the 76 year old man wants to hire a young blonde

movieking 12-16-04 08:38 PM

You can actually see Jennifer slumping down in her chair more and more as everyone speaks. I think that she is going to cry.

Trump's COO is an idiot. He couldn't think of a thing to say.

xx2000xx 12-16-04 08:39 PM

That was one of the most uncomfortable moments in t.v history.

Third Baseman 12-16-04 08:39 PM

rotfl at the COO. That was sad. :(

GO KELLY!

movieking 12-16-04 08:43 PM

This is unreal. It's a bloodbath. Go Kelly Go!

LBCrazyFool 12-16-04 08:46 PM

Did the COO say he was attracted to Jennifer?? I missed what he said...

j123vt_99 12-16-04 08:46 PM

so this "interview the audience" portion wasn't decided before hand.. it was just a idea of trump's? :)

TwineTime 12-16-04 08:48 PM

Donald Trump has succeeded in creating one of the strangest, stupidest finales of any reality show I've seen.

I feel like turning off my television and taking a shower.

Everything is decided beforehand on this show...

3 hours is too fucking long for ANY show. This is just as bad as when American Idol became popular and ran itself into the ground with massive 2.5 hour shows. When will network executives learn the law of diminishing returns?

i actuall felt kind of sorry for jen just as i laughed at how many people liked kelly

Third Baseman 12-16-04 08:53 PM

Whaaaaaaaaaat? So am I the only one who has enjoyed this whole show? I'm really liking it.

I take issue with that. It seems like that's the way that people on Wall St. and Madison Ave. do marketing and production of a product. Sure, we're watching, but we're not enjoying...

It's all about the bottom line :(.

are we agreeing or disagreeing?? advertising is based on driving a message into your head.. doesn't really matter if you like it or not.. so from that standpoint they are succeeding

Bill Needle 12-16-04 09:00 PM

Worst. Finale. Ever.

Enough already. I am becoming tempted to change the channel before the decision, I am that bored watching Trump poll a bunch of people I couldn't care less about.

Oh great...now yet another recap of the entire show. Sheesh.

Sorry. I am agreeing with you that they advertised a product well.

But I don't like the product. I am just disappointed that this show is sort of being "mass" produced. I know it's a reality show, but I can remember being really impressed last season. This season, it just feels like it's all about selling soap.

TruGator 12-16-04 09:01 PM

They totally killed the momentum the whole show was building. They just wasted 30 minutes of my time and right now I really don't care who wins when 30 minutes ago I was on the edge of my seat.

then we totally agree.. the product is weaker than last year, but we (the public) eat it up

Catch 21 12-16-04 09:07 PM

I'm here on the west Coast, what time should I start watching?

Brain Stew 12-16-04 09:07 PM

Finally, someone called him on the military BS! He was getting a "by" from everyone on it.

movieking 12-16-04 09:09 PM

Based on the interviews, I would go with Jennifer. She was spades ahead of Kelly in that portion.

conscience 12-16-04 09:10 PM

I knew it would be...

Third Baseman 12-16-04 09:10 PM

Yeaaaaaaaaaaah!

conscience 12-16-04 09:11 PM

did you see her smile.
