Star Trek Episode question

Does anyone know the episode name, season, or dvd disc number of the episode of TNG where everything starts repeating? And on the third repeat everything starts showing up in threes? The ep starts out with the seinor officers playing poker.

EDIT: ok, nevermind, I found the ep. Season 5: Cause and Effect

From: Bartertown due to it having a better economy than where I really live.
and captain fraiser shows up in some of the books later on
they really should have worked him into a ds9 episode so he could sit next to norm, I mean morn, at quarks
