Well sure, but wouldn't you be annoyed if the preview had shown a clip of Ami voting for Chad?

I'm annoyed (well, not really - it's just a TV show) because the preview is truly a reverse spoiler on CBS's part every week (ie. we know what is NOT going to happen). It's nothing new, and it won't likely change - and I don't have to watch them.

I don't know if that's always the case.

The natives will probably attack them in their sleep for insulting them by not keeping the gift they gave them.

Also...Chris did absolutely cop a major melon feel during the challenge.

But just as well reading it here and not wasting time seeing another guy bite the dust, despite all the weak (and by now predictable) CBS attempts attempts at miscues...

I Tivo'd it from DirecTV's CBS national feed and had no trouble. I guess I got lucky.

Jeff said something like"There's on guy left and he suddenly becomes very important'

And it dawned on me.

The ultimate act of girl power would be to
a) start voting girls off
b) let Chris ride to the finale

With a 5 girl/2 guy jury... the girls would easily win a final vote based on gender lines

If someone can pull it off, a smart girl would figure out how to bring Chris to finals with her. She'd win 5-2.

Sounds like a great plan - but as long as Amy is in control, that will never happen.

I hope Chris wins immunity next week because IMHO he is a sure-thing to get the boot next - no matter how much editing CBS does to make it look otherwise.

And Jackskeleton, I agree!

Yeah, but if Julie agreed to a vote for Eliza, that would effectively end her game as she would have been the odd one out at #5 in a Scout/Twila/Chad/Chris alliance. Her chances were/are much better with Eliza still there.

I've been critical of this season being kind of lame, but those two reward challenges were different and interesting.

Chad's out. I'm not watching anymore.

... and he was -> <- this close to getting immunity. But Twila hung on to that pole like a pro.

Predictable. Ami is like the female equivalent of Brian from Thailand.

That didn't look like much of a reward to me.

But did he give up since he thought he was in an alliance w/ Twilla and Scout? At the end Twilla whispered for him to let go and seconds later he did. I think he let go on purpose and could have won.. This season really sucks balls. Next Survivor needs to be an All-Star Bizzaro cast.

The guys are just morons. As soon as they heard the women were going to vote off Eliza, they should have gone straight to her and immediately tried to convince her to join them, as it's obvious she'll be the first woman to go. All they'd need would be one of the other women, probably Twila, who should also recognize she's not one of Ami's core group and has no chance at the final four.

Would it have worked? Probably not, but last week and this week was a perfect example that you can't try and play nice with an alliance that can break you any time they want -- you HAVE to attack.

Jeff: "Go sit on the pole."

My husband and I must have laughed for about 5 minutes when he said that during the immunity challenge.

Did anyone else think "Hanging Chad" during the challenge? There was also some uncomfortable wording there when Jeff was narrating the challenge and noted that Chad was looking for somewhere to put his foot. Ouch.
