I just got around to putting together the AKC paperwork for my 5-month old yellow lab. His middle name is now "Steven", in honor of J.D. and Turk's "new" pet. Looks just like him when he sleeps.

Nice.

TabascoKid 10-12-04 10:04 PM

Great episode.

Cox is human, who knew?

Janitor was fantastic tonight.

MrX 10-12-04 10:19 PM

Great episode

"They're laughing with you, They're laughing with you"

Ted and The Janitor were great tonight

Good to see Tom Cavanagh, I miss Ed:(

Draven 10-12-04 10:37 PM

I saw Tom Cavanagh on Broadway last year. It's always nice to see him again, and the toilet bowl cooler about made the episode.

Along with "She does know that if you eat that your foot will fall off."

That was a nice tribute to John Ritter at the end too.

Roto 10-12-04 11:59 PM

Top notch episode
It also had to be one of the cruelest episodes they've ever done outside of the last couple minutes

FinkPish 10-13-04 12:00 AM

Captain Bubblebeard! Great episode.

Supermallet 10-13-04 12:39 AM

Another good episode. The best was "Do I have to sleep with him in order to stop having to deal with him? Because, at this point, I'd be willing to take that hit. What's he like post-game? Does he like to spoon? Because I DON'T spoon!"

Kal-El 10-13-04 12:43 AM

Cox and Janitor in top form tonight. Great stuff with the crane.

Jackskeleton 10-13-04 04:37 AM

It wasn't as down beat as I thought it would be. Great episode. Made me laugh a great deal.

JD and Dan's father passes away. Each deal with it in their own way. Cox actually shows that that semi-tough side that we all knew he had. Kelso and the Janitor square off (hilarious stuff). Ted's hair was another character to this emsemble cast. Turk, Carla and Molly were actually clicking pretty well. JD's daydreams could spawn another show. RIP John Ritter, once again.

I did feel a twinge of "Garden State" given the subject matter, but thankfully the cast was able to keep it upbeat.

B.A. 10-13-04 07:15 AM

It was great when Ted started to fuck w/ Kelso after the Janitor had him on the crane.

McGinley has the best freakin' scenes in the world when Cavanaugh guest stars.

I loved it when they cut to Cox duct-taping Dan's head to the bathroom wall so he wouldn't drown.

BigDave 10-13-04 08:38 AM

"Gay jungle fever"

Cusm 10-13-04 09:01 AM

Why do my daydreams end at the sexxy part?
Damn!
Damn!
I don't have the gay jungle fever.

It won't lay down.

tofu 10-13-04 09:54 AM

Despite the subject matter, this show was hilarious. so many scenes had me

beers in the toilet  and a new use for the plunger.

Jackskeleton 10-13-04 10:42 AM

How many times can they kill off ritter on different shows?

Draven 10-13-04 11:32 AM

I forgot to mention the Janitor's swoop into Kelso's window to grab Ted.

I wouldn't mind the crane sticking around a little while...

Jackskeleton 10-13-04 12:20 PM

"so that's what the crane was for"

worrywort 10-13-04 01:16 PM

"I believe the ratio has shifted that way"

Lesson learned: When drinking in bath tub, keep track of that urine ratio

riley_dude 10-13-04 02:29 PM

Loved Turks head scene with everyone being Lesbians and the Sanford and Son music playing in the background.

kevin75 10-13-04 07:18 PM

Ted The Bug 10-14-04 08:52 AM

Having never seen the show until this season, I couldn't figure out why there was the tribute to John Ritter at the end. Did he play JD's dad or something? How many episodes was he in?
