"She Fell Among Thieves"will it ever come to DVD?
Several years ago there was a marvellous BBC TV movie starring Malcolm McDowell, and Eileen Atkins, based on a Dornford Yates novella, it was a splendid nineteen twenties set yarn with a fabulous villainess of Maleficent like spindly malevolence(called Vanity Fair she was played by Eileen Atkins)! I wonder if any other readersof this forum ever saw it. I think that it was was first broadcast in England circa 1979?

I fail to see why this hasn't been repeated again and again, as I think it was a great made for TV movie. Eileen Atkins was outstanding as the Maleficent like Vanity Fair, and I liked the rest of the cast Simon Cadell, et al. The music score too was very good.
I hope that one day it will appear on DVD. Please contact me if you hear of any plans.
