Seeing the season premiere dates with Smallville followed by some gay show called the Mountain or whatever and not seeing Angel just made my fume with rage

so now i know why Americans need this Assault weapons!

I fucking hate the WB too. What a bunch of fucking assholes. First, they give us 5 years of <i>Buffy</i> ... then, and get this, they give us 5 years of <i>Angel</i> <b>after</b> they lose the bid to keep <i>Buffy</i> to an unrealistic UPN deal. OMG, then ... I'm steaming now ... THEN they tell <i>Angel</i>'s creators the show will be cancelled with plenty of time for them to wrap it up how they'd like. But that's not the worst of it. When they realize it was a mistake to cancel the show, these fuckwads have the audacity to admit it was a mistake and make personnel changes because of it.

Unbelieveable. I've never seen something so terrible in my entire life, and I hope they all die!!!! Why couldn't they be more like Sci Fi or FOX?

Hey, I was sad to see <i>Angel</i> go too, but when you compare WB's mistake to the malicious way in which the Sci Fi Channel (sic) sabotaged <i>Farscape</i> and then launched an underground smear campaign to cover their asses or to the way FOX buried <i>Firefly</i> before the first episode had even aired, we were all incredibly fortunate to have the WB. The hate people have unleashed in their direction over this one decision strikes me as childish and unfair, and it's no wonder networks won't take us seriously, if we're going to go apeshit the first time something doesn't go our way, ignoring everything good and positive at the drop of a hat.

a) It's ratings dropped from the previous season

b) Joss and the gang decided enough was enough like they did with Buffy

Me too. I just think we should keep things in perspective. For the most part, the WB have been pretty good to us.
