Dule is just way too lucky.
I'm only paying 1/2 attention while it's on in the background but I thought there were a lot of "mis-plays" early on.
I like Danny and James the best at this table (..and Timothy too).
Thought Wanda had funnier interactions last week than what Mo tried to provide tonight.

Wow, both shows so far, the least experienced person ends up winning.
I saw a lot of hate for Foley in the last thread, but I thought he was great this week. Too bad they couldn't get some more entertaining players this time.

I didn't see last week's, but Dave Foley was pretty funny. It seemed like he was partly drunk too, which is all the more entertaining. You can tell he's uncomfortable during the hands though, I think he said he had barely played before the show started, and Phil isn't really helping him out too much.
There was one hand that drove me nuts though, it was Danny Masterson trying to be all sneaky with trip 3's on the flop. Sure it's nice to get that from the Big Blind, but there's still a lot of vulnerability, stop admiring how clever you are and get some money in the pot!

I'm not sure how many hands we don't see and maybe what happened prior to that, and how Dule was playing (especially with the big stack), but all of this might have affected how Danny played the hand (giving him the benefit of the doubt).
If he went all in after the flop, Dule may have called anyway and Danny would have been out much sooner.
It's hard to tell what Dule would have done (especially FOLDING 88 LATE in the game pre-flop).
With the possible straight....and eventually the higher boat.......Danny actually lucked out that he didn't get taken out then.
I would like to think that a heavy bet pre-flop would have been enough for Dule to fold, but he was such a beginner it's hard to tell. (and at the same time, you would have thought Danny's threes would have been strong enough that you would want them to stick around and not scare him off).

In the Celeb Invitational that was on the WPT this week, Dave Foley was the last celeb to be kicked out before the poker pro's took over the tourney.
Foley attributed to just being green and hard to read because he had no idea what he was doing.

Foley was unbearable this episode. He is not the least bit funny or clever. I'd rather listen to Pollak do a Nicholson impression.
As for the players, none were truly annoying, although Mo tried hard. Dule's streak was unbelievable, a case of luck beating skill. By the time his inexperience was catching up with him, it was too late.
Next Week
Michael Ian Black - "Ed" is over now, how long can we still consider him a celebrity?
Norm MacDonald - As a degenerate gambler, he'll at least know the game.
Adam Rodriguez - No idea who this is.
Jeremy Sisto - Nope, not a clue.
Star Jones - There's usually one person in the game that's enough to keep me away. This is the one for this game. Despite Norm being here, I won't watch because of her.

Hmm, I thought Dave Foley was actually on the funny side in both of the episodes I saw.
I've always associated Michael Ian Black more with VH1's I Love the 70's/80's than "Ed", since I never saw that. I figure VH1 has more specials coming up, so MIB will get more TV time.
Jeremy Sisto's the psycho guy on Six Feet Under. He's been in a bunch of movies lately, too.
