Another pretty decent episode. Hoshi actually gets some screen time! I know she's gifted when it comes to translation, but gifted when it comes to reprogramming a computer system she's never seen before?? That and being confused over why Enterprise didn't just follow the sphere into the vortex right away are my complaints this week. ;)
 Aquatic ships |
Good episode though not quite as good as last week's. Nice to see the writers keep giving the MACOs red shirts :). The preview for the episode totally gave away that Hayes was going to bite the dust which aggravates me just a tad. Hoshi had something to do hooray! I'm always excited when either she or Travis have lines or action.
Slightly off topic: it was surreal to see Culp die on Enterprise and then show up 20 minutes later on The West Wing screaming for retribution! A friend of mine questioned whether or not he ever arrives on a set and forgets what show he's working on. |

Looks like Variety is reporting the new home for Enterprise next season will be Friday nights at 9:00EST.
It worked for X-Files...... |
Very entertaining episode. Makes me actually wish for next Wednesday to arrive more quickly.

It was a good episode.
The Aquatics rock! |

Originally posted by MvRojo And in this episode, they had to be carried in the belly of super-Aquatic ship. I guess I'm just used to Starfleet ships following others into a vortex. Like the Enterprise-E did in First Contact. |
who are the transdimensional aliens? they look like changelings in the borg queen outfit.
|
Hopefully next week will be the last of the Xindi. It was a good episode, but they've been dragging this story one for way too long.

Trip fixing the transporter wasn't nearly as entertaining as when Scotty did it in TOS. Smoke would be coming from the pads and Scotty the Miracle Worker would be in that narrow tube with only a wrench yelling that he was going as fast as he could.

The aquatic ship looked cool when it blew up. Real nice special effects for that.

Enterprise is certainly ending the season strong and rewarding my patience in the process.
I'm ok with the move to Fridays, I'll probably start watching the show on Saturday mornings though. |
just watched it. good episode. shows the progression of the transporter. At any point in time from ST6's time period on an energy weapon through a transporter beam doesn't hurt the transportee, sucks that Culp is gone, hopefully he'll come back to JAG more often, he hasn't been on except once or twice this season

forgot. I was expecting the lizard guy to say
"THIS IS CETI ALPHA FIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!" "Allow me to introduce you to Ceti Alpha Five's only remaining, indigenous lifeform" when he was telling Hoshi about the treatment |
Has anyone seen Galaxy Quest?
Well something has been bothering me (in a good way) ever since I've seen the Reptillians. Well today it occured to me that the villain in Galaxy Quest looks and acts very simlilar to the Reptiallian commander. The species both look the same. Anyone agree? |

been a while since I've seen GQ, but yeah they do
the reptilians also kind of remind me of grasshoppers based just on the shape of their heads |
Good stuff. Doesn't matter what night it is on, I'll just record it.
I think it got renewed because they figure they will make money on the DVD sets, etc. |

I think the syndication (100 episodes) issue is more of a factor than DVDs. |
Are you guys sure the show is coming back next season? I just saw a poll on IMDB asking the question: 'For all you Star Trek fans out there – should UPN have cancelled Enterprise?'

Main question is, when can we expect 'Enterprise' DVD sets?
