I thought it was funny that Sam offered $250 large to work for the Donald.

I think Trump fired Kwame because he was too nice to his 'employees'. He should've kick Omarosa to the sideline when she mess up. He didn't. So Trump didn't like how he cuddle up to people who make mistakes.

And you don't want one jumping down your throat due to mistakes. I liked how, even if the circumstance was dire, he was calm, cool and collected. That's leadership right there, but people seem to overlook that for the flashy "you go here, you do this, and you better have this done!" time of leadership. If you watch NFL Football, think of it this way. There are different kinds of leaders/coaches. Guys like Tom Coughlin who yell at their players and berate them to increase their level of play. There are other coaches, like the laid back Tony Dungy, who never get flustered or upset. Always calm and relaxed. And he's a wining coach in the league. His entire team could read his emotions. There were times that he was agitated, but he never took it out on anyone and never got flustered (like Tony Dungy). As an employee, I would have to be more aware to pay close attention to how and why he's frustrated and figure out how react positively to improve performance to a boss that's not satisfied. |
I just can't imagine how the hell Omarosa became a political analyst
she must have scared ppl into submission with her mug |

As far as not wanting a boss to jump down my throat? Maybe if I was really incompetent. What would really frost my hide would be to have the boss NOT jump down my coworker's throat if she totally screwed up and then lied to him. I don't want to be treated the same as the total screw up. |

so i guess the mishaps weren't really a setup? omarasa really did lie on her own? someone really put that marquis sign in the dumpster by accident? i don't know... i don't really trust reality tv.
easily i could tell that it was going to be bill who was going to win. i wonder why bill got to pick first, if i was kwame i would of been, hey why does he get to pick first? i would of wanted to pick second and third at least. |
Bill deserved it more because of Kwame's inabilty to BE the boss than anything Bill did for himself. Basically, Kwame shot himself in the foot.
Did anyone notice during the Simpson concert that Kwame kept looking to Donald as if to see somekind of reaction. This was my first indication that Kwame was really going to lose. I can't believe that Trump was actually listening to Jessica sing. |

I know that if an event is being handled by someone else, unless you are a complete freak about having your own car, you would arrange for their car to pick you up. -And the fact that Bill's team had no where to sort the gift bags? They've certainly done golf tournaments before, wouldn't they have a place for them to organize that stuff? I don't know, but some of the "problems" seemed a bit too "planned" to me. It just seemed that they might have manufactured some of that stuff to keep things interesting. |
I just love Television Without Pity's name for Omarosa: Assorama.
I agree that the problems seemed pre-planned. Losing Jessica Simpson? Come on. |
couple of comments
1) Burnett did a real good job producing the show. It didn't drag out like survivor. 2) Trump needs to stop reading cue cards... i know he isn't an actor but still 3) was the briefcase with Sam for real? |
I think Kwame should beat the hell out of Omarosa for costing him the job. What a b!tch.........
As for katrina..... mmmmm yummy. Heidi...... :yack: |
The Donald was on the Today Show this morning, and he cited Kwame's non-dealing with the Omarosa issue had a major contributing factor to picking Bill over Kwame.
I think we have a new word: Kwame-tose (mananging while ignoring major bouts of employee incompetence) |
I can't wait to see Wilbon's reaction on PTI to the Man keeping the brutha down once again in the world of reality television.

Watching Troy treating Jessica Simpson's fans like cattle was pretty funny (especially when they cut to Heidi's reaction to it while it was happening).

Originally posted by Red Dog I can't wait to see Wilbon's reaction on PTI to the Man keeping the brutha down once again in the world of reality television. I was pretty surprised that Trump asked Kwame why he didn't fire Ponderosa. Shouldn't the answer be obvious? "I can't fire 33% of my staff at once!" Geez, if she had been one of like 30 staffers though, I'd have sent her packing in a heartbeat. Bill is definitely a big star here now, and I'm anxious to see that new tower going up along the lakefront. |
Did the contestants get paid for re-appearing after they were fired?
I read that they were sequestered at a hotel after the firing until the show ended taping. Too bad for the guys fired early on...they didn't get any pub. |

What a great finale. I love how they cute off Tammy after the Donald asked her about being pregnant.
