I thought Jessalyn Gelsig fit in nicely.
Andy, as a character, has really grown since the show began. Dennis Franz has really been on a role lately, and he continued on w/ another great performance tonight. |
She didn't bother me as much as she did on BP.
I don't know why, but during this episode I kept thinking about how much i'm going to miss this show after next season... |
I love Gilsig, but I'm not sure how well it worked. She really disappeared nicely into her role last season on Without a Trace, but here she didn't seem to have a feel for the cop thing yet. It was just a little bit off in her scenes with Ortiz. Still, I'm happy to have her on the show, and I'm sure she'll fit well over time.
So who's with me ... on the next NYPD Blue, Ortiz realizes she has, um, urges that only Ronson can satisfy. Caution: this episode may contain not-so-partial nudity. I can't be the only one. ;) das |
^ I will put my John Hancock upon that petition, sir.

I cast a Yea vote.
I thought the way the ladies handled the missing child was very interesting. Finally this season, we get to see Ortiz do something more (at least on the job), than relay some information to one of the other detectives. I think this new episode arc with the possible wrongful conviction has some good potential as well. |

As usual, another good performance from Dennis Franz. |
I liked it. I think she got the whole new-cop-on-the-squad thing down but at the same time was able to work rather well with Rita right away especially in the interrogation scenes. I guess the next question is who gets to hit it?
