Sopranos 4/11
What did you think? Steve Buscemi's character really took a turn.
not a bad episode, shoul be fun to see what happens with blundetto.
He should have stayed legit. Who knows, he might have even gotten a piece of the Korean hottie!
The Carmela/Counselor scenes seemed very poorly acted, to me. I never once believed that either one of them was having a good time.
First episode of the season that I really didn't care for. It's like last week's episode never even happened with Chris/Ade/Pauly getting along so well. Also, the drug/money dump was really wierd. No one forgets about loot like that. |
Tony B's use of the money was so over-the-top. Had to love the "Walking Tall" action at the end.
Too bad we won't be seeing more of Amanda Kim with this new development. Tony S and Christopher's blatant stereotypical ethnic slurrage were totally offensive and in character. Will I feel sad or glad if/when they eventually get theirs? I dunno. AJ...what a waste of air. The Carmela storyline didn't really interest me all that much, except the end where she warned the guy to not mess with her anymore (and she had to creds to back up her warning). If I were the Stratham character, I'd be sleeping with a gun next to me like Carmela now does. |

Edie Falco looked even hotter than usual tonight. From the deep cleavage in Strathairn's office, to the nekkid walk into the bathroom. She stirs my manhood. I too wonder if she was just using him. She's not above some underhanded machinations on behalf of her kids. Remember when she slyly threatened her neighbor's sister to write Meadow a letter of recommendation to Georgetown in S2? Good ol' Tony B. He had a taste of the fast life with the found money, and it soured him on the day to day drudgery of his present career. |
what was the song in the credits.
It was an interesting turn for Tony B. As hard as he tried to get out, they pulled him back in.
I meant David Strathairn (high school counselor), though the Transporter was Jason Statham.
i thought this episode sucked. it was worse than the opener. too bad after a great one last week. will this show ever go back to the mafia dealings?

AJ's eyebrows sure grew back quick
Wow, I'm not very observant... tonight was the first night I noticed Father Phil is Ryan Chappelle (Paul Schulze)! Maybe because I just watched Tuesday's 24 just hours before.
holy crap, i never noticed that also.
They seemed to follow up on all of the plot threads that I have absolutely no interest in. Let down after last week.
Decent episode; paled in comparison to last week's epsiode though.
Paulie: "Word to the wise: remember Pearl Harbor!" |
carmella: well, what do you consiter a ****?
Tony: if a man sucks on another mans c*ck, then he's a **** rotfl |
Originally posted by Charlie Goose I didn't understand that. Why did Carmela take the gun to bed with her? |

2 Things I predict will comeback. The Russian guy who got away last season and the drug dealers who threw the 12K out the window that Blundetto spent all of very quickly mostly gambling. Could this mean Blundetto has a gambling problem and won't be able to repay his debts?
This had to be the most boring episode of the season thus far. With the exception of last week, I've realized that the Sopranos has become very redundant and very dull. It doesn't help that pretty much all the main characters have truly become irritating to watch.
btw, Edie Falco looked really old in this episode, but her body double had nice knockers. |
