I was dissapointed though at

BDB - You knew they were going to do one of these days before the season ended.

I know but sheesh!!

the whole last 10 mins all seemed like it was out of whack, like a dream sequence.

Janitor as the clown :D

his look greatly creeped me out.

You know what - when Sean came and took Elliot away, I thought J.D. was dreaming, too.

I actually yelled that at the TV in the end.

Great episode though. As always.

It's actually the 2nd. Hence "His Story II"

The first one was from a super-sized ep last season when it was told thru Dr. Cox's POV

It's the second. His Story was from last season, and featured a Dr. Cox internal monologue (as opposed to tonight's Turk internal monologue. Get it -- it's not J.D.'s story in these episodes).

By the way, if I ever find the jackhole in NBC's promo department who ruined , I swear to God I will reach down his throat and pull his internal organs out one by one. What the f*** is wrong with that network?

Sometimes I wonder if Sarah Chalke has it in her contract that she has to show her bra X times per season ... not that I'm complaining.

No one else thought the female doctor was hot? Pretty good line she had about at the end about staring at my chest

That was great the hobbit thing. :)

It was great when you hear Sean in the hall say "You switched to fronts"

"Where's the clasp? I can't find the clasp!"
"I switched to frontsies."
"Naughty!"

What I really like is the over-all consistency of the show. In the 5th episode of the season "My Riddle", Turk outs it to Sean that he can't believe how JD and Elliott sleep with each other once a year. And voila. There it is for this year.

Excellent episode. It's great from start to finish. Man I love Scrubs.

Miller gives me the HOT!

You know what's happened? The writers have discovered the PERFECT solution to the "Moonlighting" Effect. Have them sleep with each other once a year and then go their separate ways the following year. That way the viewers get SOME satisfaction that they're hooking up, but then keep tuning in to see if they ever get back together again.

What I'm wondering about is what's going to happen after this year. It's J.D.'s and Elliott's 3rd year and 3rd year is the final year of residency for internal medicine. Unless one of them becomes chief resident.

So is Cox still with Jordan? Seemed to me he was macking on the new hot doc. Did I miss something?
