Without Troy, Amarosa's team would have been in big trouble. He stepped in at least twice (with Simmons and the Queer guys) and got favorable results. Jessie was awful and probably deserved to go, but not nearly as bad as Tammy.

I just don't understand why these people...last week and this week...don't have the gonads to defend themselves. They fluff the team leader, hoping to avoid being picked, and after picked, go in and try to turn 180 degrees. That always looks bad.

Jessie could have defended herself to no end and Trump still would have picked her. He knows he's got a ratings-grab contestent in Ponderosa and he doesn't want to muck that hand.

Jessie was very dumb. I was trying to figure out how she was this Marketing Firm owner or whatever. Oh she's from a small hick town, now it make sense.
hey now, I live in that town but I've never seen her before

Yep, just like they've overhyped the big "betrayals" the last two episodes.

I think Heidi was the one that actually closed the deal for the Queer Eye guys cuz she was the one who suggested the bowling. Troy *did* help save the Isaac Mizrahi deal though.

Actually, the bowling was the Queer Eye guy's idea. Heidi was just the one who first understood what he was getting at when he started talking about "another game you can play in the city with balls" after they pitched the golf idea to him.

He stepped up on another besides the Mizrahi deal....I think it was with Russell Simmons.

Exactly what i thought -- i was screaming "what?? why don't you just give them the idea on a silver platter??"

BDB 02-13-04 03:03 PM

They were a little obsessed with Golf.

syphon00 02-13-04 03:27 PM

I'm glad farm girl jesse's gone
her and tammy are the least competent ppl out of the bunch
they were pretty much riding along with their group
WTF the wrong with Tammy btw? she's totally wack
I think it was pure luck that her idea of the errotic posters won the second challenge, realistically that AD would have never made it to the public

so now it's 6 vs 4 right?
shouldn't the groups be mixed up again soon?

QuikSilver 02-13-04 03:33 PM

I am so glad that Jessie got fired especially after she betrayed Kristi last week. Not to be mean or anything but why does jessie talk soo slow. Does she have a speech problem? I thought it was funny to see Isaac Mizirahi (sp??) get so frusterated with Jessie.

DRG 02-13-04 04:09 PM

Even if they re-align the teams again, what are they going to do once if gets down to 5 or less people? I think at some point they should just merge them into one tribe, er, I mean corporation, and have the weak links decided by individual performance somehow.

atari2600 02-13-04 04:47 PM

damn i hate amarossa. i cant wait til that bitch is gone.

Blaster1 02-13-04 04:47 PM

Next week it looks like Omarossa is out. They have to do hard labor and she fakes an injury then gets caught playing with kids outside.

Exactly.

I mean, The Apprentice IS a Mark Burnett show.

I wonder how the ratings would have been if they just called the show:

SURVIVOR: NEW YORK, cause that's basically what it is.

jeffkjoe 02-13-04 05:27 PM

By the way,

The Apprentice?

Easily the best damn show on TV right now, imho.

loconav 02-13-04 11:35 PM

I think trump just wanted a see a girl fight in the boardroom
"Damn girl be more aggressive and beat her ass!"

Patman 02-13-04 11:45 PM

Heidi and Jessie were so dumb to try to paint Omarosa as a good person/leader after Omarosa was dissing both of them so aggressively in the boardroom. Hope Heidi was taking some notes because taking any of that crap just leads to back down to the street.

Funny you mentioned that. TiVo totally screwed me over last night. Even though Survivor is #1 on my priority list somehow the super-sized Apprentice (which I was going to get tonight from CNBC) got recorded instead. Argh!

I guess I'm the only one that liked Jessie. :) That voice. Mmm... :D

Must be because because Apprentice started earlier - which still shouldn't have happened. Which I why I regularly check my to-do list to catch stuff like this.

unfortunately the networks always make previews to hide the real outcome. they can make a preview look like ANY person was going to get kicked out. its up to them to choose which.

Yep, bad guys are good ratings. We all need someone we love to hate. Why get rid of the villain so soon? At least a different villain needs to step up, but I don't see that happening.

Look at who goes? It's always the good boring guy or girl.
