Or be a commercial skipper. :)

BDB 02-10-04 02:41 PM

You can skip commercials well 3 clicks for me, no 30 sec skip..

But with the 3 clicks you still get a glimpse of what's going on.
I am now a 2 DirecTivo family wooT

and I can't wait for my HDTivo

Rypro 525 02-10-04 06:20 PM

does it end at 10 pm?

Michael Corvin 02-10-04 06:29 PM

Didn't know about the 9:20 time. Thanks for the heads up.

hotaru_san 02-10-04 07:21 PM

thanks for the reminder...I didn't know about the odd times, either

Michael J. Fox is excellent. This was one of the best Scrubs ever. His character was moving and I smell emmy.

Yeah, he has the Guest Star Emmy in the bag. I loved it when he knew what was wrong w/ the oatmeal, that it was missing butter, and Cox couldn't believe that he knew it just by smelling it.

To be honest, I didn't think MJF would do as good as he did. He has fit in w/ the cast seamlessly. Especially him and Cox.

Poor Ted can't catch a break.

And Janitor has a new friend who needs an arm every now and then. rotfl

hotaru_san 02-10-04 10:52 PM

great episode

I'm also quite impressed with how well MJF did.

Phuzbox 02-10-04 11:17 PM

Nice to have an episode without JD pining over Elliot

Kal-El 02-11-04 12:04 AM

I dunno why, but I didn't find this episode funny at all...

MrX 02-11-04 02:36 AM

"It's like when Kelso brought you a cupcake for going 4 days without killing a patient"rotfl

Ted throwing the seeds on Kelso's car and later falling off the roof was great.

tanman 02-11-04 04:18 AM

Good show. Nice to see MJF on the screen again. It would be nice if he was a somewhat recurring character. Or guest character.

Trigger 02-11-04 06:07 AM

good to see MJF again...

good to not have to see Tara Reid again...

good episode.

BigDave 02-11-04 06:46 AM

The show was still funny, just not as many huge laughs as some of the previous shows. This one seemed a bit more serious at times, which isn't a bad thing.

The end of the show where Kenny was having a hard time with his OCD was very sad.

Glad to see MJF again.

Ted dropping the birdseeds on Kelso's car was great, too. Suicide isn't funny, but when he accidentally fell off the building and was elated that he finally did it was hilarious, especially when he ended up in a large pile of garbage. Poor guy will never catch a break.

Kelso (to Ted): "Take a shower and get back to work!"

BDLOU 02-11-04 08:32 AM

Not many big laughs but still a good solid show. I wish they would have done more of J.D. imagining Cox as a newbie.

breaux124 02-11-04 09:52 AM

Cox to JD:
"Hi Beyonce
.....
Today we're going with Female pop stars, ok Britney ... "

So subtle, I almost missed it.

Michael Corvin 02-11-04 10:18 AM

Damn, I had the heads up and still missed the first 10 minutes or so.

MJF was excellent. I would like to see him recurring as well, but that would probably kill a chance at an emmy.

shaggybrown 02-11-04 11:06 AM

This was a good episode. MJF was fantastic.
I have two concerns about this show though.
Ted flirting with suicide is not that funny. I hope they get over this soon. Maybe surviving this bothched suicide attempt will turn his character around some.

A little bit of "The Todd" goes further then I ever thought possible. I liked him better when he was just a background character. He seems to be getting more screen time now, and he isn't so funny.

He called him Pink too:lol:

Do you really think that someone would watch this show, see Ted flirting with suicide and think "thats something I should do"?
