Pretty good ep.

Pratt's has now officially replaced Kovac as the mack daddy of the ER.

Gotta say...that was a great last dig at Romano.

The person whom always refers to Thandie Newton as "the Ugliest Person blah, blah" in these weekly threads probably didn't like tonight's ep. But will be happy with next weeks..

Don't know what to make of tonight's episode.

We see Pratt lose this nerve (due to his cracking a patient's neck previously), and get the pep talk from Carter.

Kimba makes herself at home in the ER and extends the ER quite thin as she takes on whooping cough.

Gallant almost gets his head shot off by a scared boy hiding in a closet while his father beats his mother. Gallant was doing ride-alongs with the paramedics at the time.

A Dr. Lawson keeps poaching Corday's surgical consults. I recognize the actor playing Lawson from being on Presidio Med last season.

Luka and Sam sahre a kiss on the train ride home. The fires are getting stoked.

Romano was honored as they named a ward after him.

Abby was confirmed to be the ER Slut. :D

Susan is preggers.

Hey. I haven't even been watching the last 2-3 eps and hence haven't even been visiting the ER threads. :D

That being said, I watched tonight's and it's still my opinion that she is the Ugliest Woman Ever. And I hate her character here. Good thing I haven't been watching. Yay for next week!

I like that Gallant gets to do more in this one.
Never liked Pratt and I still don't. Malucci was better.
That was quite an atrocious thing they did to Romano.

Even in death...Romano is still Weaver's bitch :lol: Serves him right, the prick.

Abby's always best when she's tart tongued and sardonic. She was superb, tonight.

That was a nice scene on the train between Luka and the nurse (gosh, I can't remember any names today)

If anything Luka is the ER slut. :D

No tank in last night's show, but there was in previews. Maybe they were a combined preview of all the episodes in Sweeps Month, not sure.

Word! The woman was so unattractive, the little blur saved us from a "My Eyes! My Eyes!" situation. They could have blurred out the whole woman for all I cared.

Can somone give me a summary? Forgot to Tivo it. Or just expand on Patman's one liners. What's with Abby turning into a "slut"? What changed Sam's mind? How'd she and Luka hook up? Where'd Weaver put Romano's name? Who knocked up Susan?

Patman I think was referring to Ugly Girl's breasts in the ep. I wouldn't know cuz I try to avert my eyes when she's on screen.

Abby and Sam were talking about Luka and how Sam should give him a chance. Sam then goes on to say that she's not really looking for anything serious right now, but regular sex wouldn't be so bad. Chuni then revealed to Sam that Abby and Luka went out before. Abby didn't deny and I guess by now Sam knows about Abby/Carter. So in her eyes, it seems all so sudden but Abby defends herself by saying, "What, I went out with 2 guys in 5 years.." That whole scene I think is the buildup for the train scene.

Weaver decided to call the new ER section as the Robert Romano Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender treatment facility. :D

I'm guessing Donal Logue's recurring character is the one that knocked up Susan.

I thought it was an alright episode.

My only real problem w/ the show was Weaver and her air-time. -ohbfrank-

Pratt is getting better as a character.

I like Thandie Newton, but I don't really care for her character a whole hell of a lot.

And, yes, Kovac is still the greatest pimp in the history of the ER - and it looks as if Pratt is a distant second.

:rolleyes: How quick we forget Doug Ross, with a different woman week to week. I would bump your list down to put Ross at top Kovach then Pratt.

If so, I hope they zap him with a couple of rockets after he runs over Abby's mother.

-ohbfrank- Dr. Ross lost his pimp-title when he finally settled down w/ Nurse Hathaway. A true pimp never settles down w/ anyone - nada! Alas, Kovac will never settle down. Therefore, he is the king of pimps in the E.R., aka the Man-Whore.

But, Ross was born and raised a man-whore (who is still man-whoring in Seattle kids and wife or not) while Luka is just cutting his teeth as a man-whore and has 30 years to catch up, and he may not have the heart after his car accident to continue his M-W ways, notice he has slowed down. Only nailed one in Africa and no one since his return to County.

They're sort of mirror images. Ross was a slut until he settled down with Carol (and who can blame :hump: him...) Luka, was a straight arrow family man who had his life crash around him, and it turned him into someone who wasn't good at commitment. He might be getting over it.

Guys...Pratt about half assed tried to pick up Carter's pregnant fiancee while they stood together in the hall last week! The dude is incorrigible :lol:
