Is Tonight's "E.R." New or Repeat?

I don't have a TV Guide, and for some reason I can't log onto the TV Guide website. I was wondering if tonight's episode will be new or a repeat. I have to go to bed early tonight, and want to know if I should bother setting my vcr. Anyone??????

It's new. They have been showing promos for it all week.

Thanks. This is the only show I watch on NBC anymore. So I haven't seen promos. I still enjoy "E.R." immensely.
