I'd choose those first 2 as 2 of the most brutal fights I've seen on tv and add to that list a scene from the end of The Practice a couple of seasons ago. A prisoner beat the crap out of Bobby. Another good choice would be the Timmy/Jimmy fight in South Park.
Besides the whole brutal factor, I think my favorite fight was actually from the beginning of "A New World" on Angel.
That scene got me so excited, but I know I'm in the minority on that one.

How about Gunn's fight scene in the Japanese dude's house in the Angel Season 4 episode "Players"? I finally started liking the character again after witnessing that.

can't really remember, but I think it was ok
I guess my problem in finding a tv example is that even if it was good I probably only saw it once, unlike a movie.
Although, come to think of it, if memory serves The Siege of AR558 episode of DS9s last season had some decent fighting, both weapons and hand to hand if phasers can count as a gun battle
and the Shield has had its moments
