Spoiler:
J'onn J'onzz has a crisis of conscience while Lex Luthor gains control of Amazo, a powerful android who can copy the powers of the entire Justice League.

They're all 2-parters aren't they?

Yeah but now CN is showing them all back-to-back. There are 4 new back-to-backers the next 4 Saturday nights.

Noticed this on my Tivo's to do list the other day. Can't wait (especially since they've deprived me of the daily showings they had for a while)

They're actually scheduled through Nov 29.

Anyone see the spoiler for the Nov 29 episode? Careful, it could be thought of as a MAJOR spoiler.
Spoiler:
Someone makes the ultimate sacrifice.
And if you've read DC in the past 10, you know who it is.

Not bad. Nice to see them bring back Amazo, one of the League's toughest villians.

Unfortunately the way the powers worked didn't make sense. How was Amazo able to duplicate GL's power-ring when he didn't have a lantern to charge it?

Best Justice League yet. A fine two-parter.

I don't know about that. Assuming "superpowers" are manifestations of some cosmic energy, it's reasonable to assume that Amazo could generate powers by mimicking their energy signature. Green Lantern's ring simply channels energy a massive source on OA, so Amazo found a way to tap into that. Or something along those lines. It's comic book logic, and from that standpoint I can accept it.

Also, I have to mention that tonight's Teen Titans episode "Apprentice" was also the series's best so far. I wasn't sold on the series when I first watched it -- its kiddie/faux-anime style was a big grating -- but I must admit the show has grown on me. And I love the show's theme song -- but only in Japanese!

I try not to think about those things too hard. Gives me a headache.

TT is hit or miss. The "Mod" villian one was truly dreadfull, while other episodes aren't half bad.

Ah hell, just give me Clone Wars on a DVD and I'll be happy. Genndy Tartakovsky is a genius.

The fight between the robot and Superman was awesome. Nice to see Supes up to decent powerlevels that we seemed to be lacking in other episodes.

Amazo was far more creative with the 'power ring' in the short time he had it than John has ever been in all his time.

That was definitely one of the better JL's. Amazo was a great villian.

Agreed.

I just wish the story could of allowed him to duplicate the look of Amazo in the comics in some way. The monotone color just got a little dull after a while.

Yeah... he looked more like Marvel's Super-Adaptoid than Amazo.

I thought it was interesting that Batman had kryptonite on his person.

He got that in a previous episode if I am not mistaken. He put it in his utility belt for safe keeping in case Superman decided to freak out on them again... like he said "Just in case".

a very good episode. so essentially, Amazo could inherit the powers of anyone he meets and become the most powerful being in the world. I can just see them bringing him back after he meets Darkseid.
