Never Seen West Wing...Can I/Should I Jump Into it This Season...
 

I saw a preview for this upcoming season...and it looked interesting. I haven't seen it before--this will be the 4th season right?

Anyways, what would you recommend? I know it's not on DVD? Should I try and find a way to round up older episodes from previous seasons before I see season 4, or should I just jump into it now.

Lastly, will does it premiere? Thanks.

This will be season five. I don't know if you can just jump into it, seeing as how last season ended on a cliffhanger. But you should be able to figure out who's who after several episodes of watching.

Bravo shows West Wing reruns if you want to get a taste of what it's like.

And the season premiere is this Wednesday at 9PM on NBC.

i jumped into it a couple weeks ago. I've watched a few on Bravo and rounded up some others. I recommend you watch as many on Bravo before the season premiere so you get to know the characters. They'll probably do a "previously on west wing" so that will catch you up on the season finale, although not as good as watching it. you can also read the synopsis in das's greatest episodes thread.
