I caught the pilot a few months ago and enjoyed in a "guilty" way. I'll be checking it out.

Same here. I'm hoping they changed some stuff around since then, because it's pretty cheesy (
Spoiler:
the wireless element is too much, since he seems to be omnipotent when convenient to the story, which is quite annoying
). It definitely has a UPN feel to it, but it's still entertaining. I really liked Gorham on Odyssey 5 (and Felicity), and the other characters are pretty likeable, so I'll give it some time to develop.

I'll be watching and if it is entertaining enough, I will SP it. Usually don't watch much on UPN, but this could change!

This is the first show I have ever watched on UPN outside of a couple of Buffy eps. It was pretty good. I liked it until the end, when I heard Dave Matthews Band.

I'll check it out next week.

It's a David Greenwalt show, so I'm giving it a shot.

The pilot was okay, not an instant classic or anything, but enough to keep me watching for the next few weeks.

Same here. A pilot usually has to set up the characters, which this did. I expect more action and humor in future episodes. But not too bad a show!

It felt like a Spider-man origin mixed with some John Doe elements and all-too-convenient abilities, but with Jake getting infected by nanomites instead of a radioactive spider. I think the electronic chirping is going to drive me nutty.

Does anyone know the band (& song title) for the song that played when he was doing his pullups? It had the lines "I feel invincible" and "X-ray to enhance my vision"

Thanks!

At one point in the show, I think that when he was getting up, the close captioning had 50 Cent's "In Da Club" playing, but obviously they changed the song. I guess that they couldn't afford to get the rights for it...

As with most of the new shows, upon first airing, this one didn't make me want to make sure that I follow it, but it is still a bit early to tell. I will keep watching it to see how it pans out (I took a similar approach with Birds of Prey last year, and that didn't turn out to well)...

Finally watched this and I found it pretty enjoyable. I'll definitely keep watching.

Am I the only person who finds the lead actor a dead-ringer for Rick Springfield? I kept thinking I was watching General Hospital in the early 80's.
