Monster House 8/18 Best Episode Ever!
Steve got to chew some ass! And it was awsome. After the electrictian debacle during the movie theatre episode I thought the Discover Channel would tighten their interview methods on builders but I guess they didn't. Kent the "tile guy" didn't do anything and Steve let him know it. Then Kent had the balls to come get his prize at the end! What a jerk.

Hehe, your signature overshadows your post. I was going to say "Just exactly how many episodes of Monster House is there?" then I remembered Danol saying that, and ah... hehe...

Good episode. Steve going off was classic. You knew it was brewing. I'm just surprised he's not gone into profanity laced tirades against some of these lazy ass slackers. That would make the show so much more fun.

What suprises me is that the tile guy didnt even seem to care that the nation is seeing what a crappy worker he is. I mean if I lived in SoCal and was about to hire this guy I would quickly tell him no thanks.

I wish Steve was able to kick the tile guy off, or vote him off since he really didn't do anything. Good episode, I am surprised they pulled it off.

Great episode!!
I wonder what goes through Kent's mind everytime he sees this episode air on national television. Real flattering. I bet the gigs are just rolling in for him now.

That guy was a dick, I'm surprised they gave him anything. Then denying he never said he was going to be like a goat and milk it and they replay it
BTW, that actress Anne Ramsay looked familiar, last time I saw her was in an episode of CSI.

Eh, I like last weeks episode with the semi-fist fight/slap fight better. I'm beginning to think most people in construction never grew up after high school.
I felt sorry for that guy that got stuck sewing. That must have been torture. Whats up with putting all that fabric outside? Its gonna get ruined by the elements in a week if they leave it out there.
What I think is funny about this show is that the 5 member build crew probably does only 25% of the work. If you look at her bedroom you can see that it was totally repainted and redecorated. Outside someone (not the build crew) laid a real nice brick patio where there was previously dirt. Not to mention all the specialty guys they have come in (foam guys, hot mop guy, concrete guys). I wonder if the homeowners have to pay for anything.

And I wasn't sure what kind of fabric they were using, but I assumed it was nylon or some other weather resistant kind of thing. Steve always seems pretty good about making sure what they build is functional.
I felt bad for the team. I would have thrown a hammer at that *******. No WAY he deserved those prizes.
And no, I don't think the homeowners pay for anything.
