Well, the guys FINALLY voted off Sandra. I don't know why they didn't vote her off earlier when she had all the drama with Michael. Jason went OFF on her. It was pretty funny, but in a very small way I felt bad for her.

I've never really like Kristin from the start but this episode really made me not like her. Her argument with Melissa was inane. "I can get a restraining order on you." :lol: WTF!?!? "I don't want to go to bed because I think she really might strangle me." :lol: Oh brother. -ohbfrank- I don't know why she and her boyfriend even bothered coming onto the show because it doesn't seem like either of them really wants to make use of their time on the island.

I hope to GOD that Melissa doesn't stay with Michael after all of this. She can get MUCH better. I think Kristin took joy in seeing that tape of Michael at the bonfire. She had a smug little look on her face while Melissa's jaw was dropping.

When they showed Derrick packing, I nearly fell out of bed laughing because he said, "I don't like people messing with my head." It was funny because he seems pretty dense.

I actually liked Sandra and thought she was kind of cute, but that's also because I think Michael is a moron and Jason is a complete tool, so I was hoping she would stay. If Melissa doesn't ditch Michael she has major issues.

Just going on looks, Kristin is my favorite of the four girls, but she should have dropped her argument w/ Melissa awhile ago. It was a waste of time. It was funny though when Melissa said Kristin had a sheltered-life and Kristin replied, "You're 29 and you still live w/ your mother!" :lol:

I wish the producers would show more of the single girls, particularly Ida. They need to devote most of their air-time to her. I know - it's a good idea. :D

Too bad, Eric and Kristin are so devoted to each other. They need less devotion and more temptation.

It looks like she rejects one of the guys for the final date (I'm guessing Eric) because she probably thinks she made some sort of connection to Michael.

That was somewhat of a suprising ending considering that nobody even came close to cheating. 3 bonfire break-ups, although Kara and Jason subsequently got back together. I was also surprised to see that Stephanie was moving in with Jeff.

Still, this was a lame Temptation Island, particularly compared to the last one. I think this is the last one in all likelihood.

Michael is such a dummy. What a putz. He had a good thing and his libido let it slip away.

Oh yeah, Ida is hot! (As in "Ida hit it")

Michael did nothing wrong. He flirted and talked dirty. Big deal. He didn't cheat on his girlfriend. His GF has major issues for liking that Jerome dude. Anybody with sideburns like that is a complete loser. Michael is better off anyhow. She's hot now, but at 29 she's gonna hit the wall pretty soon. He'll be better off dating younger chicks.

In my mind, there were only 2 breakups since Jason and Kara got back together. Moreover, you just knew that the breakup wouldn't last for long.

Michael and Melissa, you could tell were gonna break up. However, up until that part about him not bedding Ida, I totally thought it was going to be mutual. I actually had a small amount of respect for him for not cheating on Melissa.

At the beginning of the show, I thought Stephanie and Anthony had "a lot of heartache in store for them." I guess I was right. :D I was pretty shocked to see that she moved in with Jeff, though. That guy irritates the hell out of me. I thought it was kind of funny that Anthony wanted Stephanie to speak first; since he probably wanted to base his decision on what she had to say. He didn't know which way to go so he wanted to hear her speak first. Ashley seems really sweet so I hope she and Anthony can have some sort of meaningful relationship.

IMO it was a pretty weak season for Temptation Island. Couldn't touch the first two, or even Paradise Hotel for that matter. Jason was my favorite character on the guys side, I kept waiting for him to flip out and break something but sadly he seemed to mature as the show went on. On the girl side, I found Stephanie quite nice to look at :)

The third TI absolutely tanked in the ratings. I was surprised that they never did a 2nd PH because the first one actually did pretty well. PH was the epitome of trash TV - I don't think I had ever felt so ashamed watching something. ;)

The new FOX reality channel may show these someday.

I believe that they are shown continually in hell. At least that's what I heard.

This show was a complete mess. It was originally called something else I thought. There were really no rules per se. It seemed like they made up "twists" as they went along. According to a poster on TVTome in March '05:

It was a guilty pleasure admittedly because the contestants were just so loose, slutty and ridiculous.

:lol: she was actually on two of the reality shows (that cruise ship one as well).

I'd kill to see Paradise Hotel again! The one reality show I absolutely loved. I don't know if they can recreate the magic that was that first season, but I'd love to see them try. And it would be awesome if Dave was a guest once again.

I loved Paradise Hotel, i was addicted to that garbage...probably the best social experiment done in a long time, i'd buy that on DVD if they ever put it out

remember Fox attempted to bring back Paradise Hotel in the form of "Forever Eden" aka PHo 2.0 but it tanked pretty fast and left some unaired episodes

all these Fox favorites will air on the FOX reality channel (on Directv) starting May 24th i believe also they will air stuff like tha bach/bachrette and crap from other networks they aquirre the rights to

Yeah, whatever happened to Forever Eden? Ruth was quite a tasty treat as a nasty hostess at times.
