Tommy looked like he was about to kill somebody after he saw Nikkole and Tommy NY (although I don't think he could tell it was Tommy NY) making out. Edmundo was funny..."nobody likes to see their chick getting played" or something like that. :lol: Catherine has some issues....she can't seem to decide between Brian and Rossi....I kinda feel bad for Rossi (-eek- I can't believe I said that), but I have a feeling she's going to take Brian on her final date. Temptation Island 2 - 1/31
Tommy had the surprises last night. First it looks he got freaky with Kristen. Then he pulled a total surprise and picked Katie for his final date. I was thrilled with that since I think she was the hottest of the single girls and she has had little to no airtime. It will be interesting to see how that goes since they have not gone out before.

No, I'm pretty sure Tommy's gone out with Katie before...besides, I'm pretty sure that you have to have gone out with the person before to pick them for your final date.

Temptation Island - 2/7
Interesting episode. Looks like Tommy just wants this thing to end so he can get to the final talk with Nikkole.
I am still drooling over Kelley in that yellow bikini. Wow! In the preview for the season finale, they said that there will be a break-up. Who is your money on? Edmundo and Kat seem to be favorite to break-up, but I'll go with the dark horse: Kelley and Mark. |

I also think that Edmundo and Catherine are the obvious choice. Kelly and Mark are the darkhorse though.
A big reason that I don't think it will be Kelly and Mark though is because they live together. Maybe if they didn't live together, but the effect of a breakup probably aren't worth it. I tried to get into this season, but it wasn't as good as last season. They seemed to spend an awful lot of time at the girl's camp, and they were too nonchalant about cheating. |
After watching the 1st T.I., its obvious that most of these couples aren't too bothered by their significant other's escapades (as long as they get to have some of their own). I mean, explain to me how Shannon (from the first season) was in love with her final date, yet turns around and excepts a marriage proposal from her boyfriend the next day. After everything that went on in the first season, and nobody broke up. Just doesn't add up.
IMO, it will be Tommy and Nikkole who split up. Catherine and Edmundo are both complete morons, and thus perfect for each other. They probably realize this, so they'll probably survive. As for the other two couples, they'll probaly stay together too. |

It didn't look good for my prediction after the bonfire, but I nailed it dead on when they had the updates.
I could not believe Edmundo's speech. He basically said that he made a connection and could explore it but he was willing to stay together if Kat wanted to. Then she actually went along with it...at first. -rolleyes- As I said before, Kelley leaving Mark doesn't surprise me. She had been saying that she wished that they had another week on the island. Nikkole and Tommy's post-bonfire discussion was a riot. I was laughing my a$$ off. Great show. I certainly hope there is a TI3 with at least equally hot chicks. |

<b>Kelley & Mark</b> - Wow, that was kind of surprising. I felt bad for Mark...that was kind of funny how he just got up and walked away after she made her decision. I can understand him being upset, though. <b>John & Shannon</b> - No surprise there. Everybody knew they would stay together....although I was secretly hoping that John would dump that whiny biatch. <b>Catherine & Edmundo</b> - Dude, Edmundo has some brass ones. His speech at the end totally sucked. I thought for sure that he would realize that he's been taking Catherine for granted...but then he goes and tells her that he wants to explore being with Linda...but he'll stay with Catherine if she wants! -rolleyes- Damn! I thought his speech would affect her decision...and I thought she was going to dump him....and I was really surprised when she said that she'd stay with him. It's funny that they said they broke up later that night. :lol: I think they're both better off for it. <b>Tommy & Nikkole</b> - I was kinda surprised here, too. I thought for sure that Tommy would grovel and tell Nikkole how much he loved her and how he wanted to be with her because I thought seeing those videos of her making out with Tommy NY would make him jealous and realize what he had in Nikkole. I was surprised when he said he didn't think they were good together. Nikkole, on the other hand....I expected her to totally not want to be with Tommy...I really expected her to want to pursue Tommy NY...I'm surprised that she moved from Chicago to LA for 2 months...I would've figured she would have gone to NY instead. And now they're back in Chicago living together!?!?! WTF!?!?! Man, those two really don't seem like a good match....because it seems like Tommy totally takes Nikkole for granted. New Temptation Island on Life network.
Tonight it looks like the life network is airing Temptation Island. Anyone know any details? Those pictured aren't from any I've seen.

According to their website, this is the UK edition.
The 1st Temp Island on FOX was kind of lame. The 2nd one was really good - lots of hot chicks and if I remember correctly, 3 of the couples ended up breaking up. Unfortunatley, because the 1st one was so lame, the 2nd one never got good ratings. Plus it didn't help that it was going up against CSI and Will & Grace. I would like to check this out but unfortunately, it doesn't look like I get the Life Network on my digital cable system. |

Cool :) I've actually watched both temptation islands with my housemates in college and it was good fun talking about whose hot and whose going to break up. Too bad i transferred schools :(
