Monster House: Zen House (7/28)

Wow. What an awesome remodel. Best one yet, I belive, as far as how cool and functional it was. I can't believe they gave them a decked-out spa. And that koi pond was sweet. Man, if I knew Monster House would do something like this to my house, I would be all over that.

I actually thought Zen was the least interesting of the series so far, in terms of "monster" design. Functional and attractive, yes, but it didn't seem to fit with the overall weirdness of the other themed house redesigns.

The crew was entertaining, though, as was the neighbor who didn't want them using her driveway.. HA!
The two sisters, however, grated on my nerves.

My personal fave was the tropical house, with that big Tiki Head fireplace.

Yep, how they screamed when they saw the spa was sad and pathetic. It was like they were 11 year olds.

I like the design on the Zen house, but I didn't like how it was so easy. It's always more fun when there's some kind of problem or issue that delays the team.

Agreed. They didn't have cool moving parts or anything, but the end product was the best as far as what I would actually want. The tropical house was pretty cool, but I would not want a fire-breathing tiki god in my living room, know what I mean?
