TNT "drama" commercials...are these scripted?

The commercial makes it seem like they are interviews but some of these answers the actors come up with have to be scripted. I have always wondered about this....they gotta be scripted.

Everything on TV is scripted..

I hope not because some of those are pretty dumb.

Love Allison Janney, but hers about the jelly donuts (or whatnot) is beyond inane.

That is why I hope they ARE scripted. Some of their commercials are painful to watch. "Drama is...". Brutal.

I am glad I'm not the only one who finds these commercials annoying.

No, everyone from the cast of ER just decided to look at the camera and say "Drama is ER on TNT." It was a huge coincidence, actually.

;)

I hope they are not because I fear the future of entertainment if someone actually wrote those!

God do I hate those spots. Pompous twits lecturing on what defines drama. Damn them all to hell!
