I agree. I am so into Family Guy though, that I almost voted for Peter, but no animated father can beat Homer.

In terms of being a good father and a nice person, I'm gonna have to go with Fujitaka from Cardcaptor Sakura. Although his daughter keeps sneaking out of the house in the middle of the night and going all over town, and he never realises... so maybe not.
