Family guy on cartoon network edited or intentional?

The episode in question is the one where Brian goes to hollywood to direct. Well he wins an award, and the statue is blurred out (I know what it is). Is this cartoon networks edits or is this how it was intended.

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure it was edited the first time it was shown as well.

I remember that episode and it was always blurred out.

I guess that's part of the gag. Since the award is called "The Woody," I can only imagine what it would look like!

Blurred when it was originally aired.....

I just have to say, I'm loving having the Family Guy on every night. Even though I've seen all of these already, they're just so much funnier than anything else right now, it's not even funny. Or, wait, it is funny.

I'm still bummed that they screwed up the DVD so badly, otherwise I'd have it by now. Poor little cursed TV show...
