yup, Boston Public will be on it's last legs, easy to predict.

It has been fading fast lately, and this move will kill it without a doubt.

Unless they somehow breath REALLY fresh air into it.

Fastlane and John Doe gone? Now that is good news since I couldn't get into John Doe and Fastlane was all style and no substance and going nowhere fast it would have made my day to hear that Boston Public got cancelled but two out of three isn't too bad one can only hope that BP will last only halfway through the next season.

I can't believe BP got renewed....i've never seen a show spiral into the turdbucket as quickly and ugly as that show did. I'm guessing they decided it just needed a friday audience and MORE SINGING!!

I have seen "SKIN". I was a part of a focus group at Warner Brothers Studios a week ago and they showed us the pilot episode. The funny thing is, after viewing it I said "This show has the look and feel that only FOX would have". And what do you know, it's on FOX!

THIS SHOW SUCKS!

It's a terrible Romeo and Juliet ripoff. It's very very VERY vaguely having anything to do with the adult film industry.

Adam Rome (get it, as in Romeo) and his girlfriend Jules (as in, yep, you guessed it! They're too sublte) are in love. But Adams dad is a cop, and Jules' dad is a guy working for an adult video company. Adam's dad arrests Jules dad because he's running for office and he thinks that arresting Jules dad and accusing him of kiddie porn activities will help him in his campaign. From there, both families tell the kids that they can no longer see eachother. I don't see how this could actually stretch out into an entire season, and hopefully it won't.

This show is so terrible. Everyone in the focus group agreed. We all gave a collective sigh of relief as the show ended. It has the worst acting and dialogue ive ever seen on a FOX show, and that says a LOT. I never thought it would see the light of day. I can't believe it's actually airing, i really can't. DON'T watch, it's as bad as The Pitts.

There was very little SKIN at all. The title is just to draw you in and then dissapoints you.

I am pretty sure that UPN is the netowrk that is airing "Interview With The Vampire" Firday night. Not FOX. Just a heads up for those wishing to watch. So I doubt we will see any sneak peeks of the show.

I don't really care much about any of the moves because last year FOX completely destroyed their schedule. Yet still they managed to do one thing to tick me off by moving Wanda at Large to Friday. That show had real potential, but now they are planning to kill it off with Boston Public, which I finally stopped watching this season.

Wierd.

Oh and Variety reported that Futurama is officially dead.

Who knows. I just want my last few episodes.
They're probably going to hold the last several episodes hostage so they can use them when the new crud (er, I mean good shows; the crud will be renewed) gets cancelled. Then they can announce the return of the Emmy Award winning Futurama!

Jerks.

Too bad the production team for Futurama has been disbanded. Cartoon Network probably wouldn't mind a new season or two.

Fastlane being cancelled
...but only because they cancelled John Doe, which I really enjoyed. I'd be more upset if Fastlane stayed while John Doe got cancelled. I maybe watched the wrong 20 minutes of Fastlane or something because I found it impossible to get into the show. It seems more fair that FOX screwed both John Doe and Fastlane fans. Maybe the fan bases were about equal in size, so like two kids fighting over the last cookie, mom ate it and told the kids to go to their rooms.

While FOX is at it with those unaired Futurama episodes, why not blow the dust off the last 5 episodes of Andy Richter they are also holding onto? I would be happy to see them.

Oliver Beene is pretty funny.. especially if you make the connection to the cut-away hypothetical 'Andy Richter' "what if" scenes. I like when TV shows show the absurd as a quick joke. They usually get me chuckling.

Wow that scheduale looks very unappealing to me, there are six nights that I'm not watching anything for sure, and sunday looks looks soso at best and if the simpsons continue in their downward spiral, I might only be watching King of the Hill. Thank God for Adult Swim picking up the ball that fox has dropped.

I'm trying really, really hard to delude myself into believing that Eliza's fan base is so strong that they (we) will watch the show even if it's abysmal.

But I think I can predict what'll happen. I'll catch the first couple episodes, hypnotized by the radiance of The Living Goddess; *maybe* I'll even appreciate the show itself (plot, writing, other characters, etc.)........then it'll disappear in a couple weeks.

I hope I'm proven wrong!

Is it wrong of me to want Eliza's show to flop so there's a chance she'll do Faith?

Providing, of course, our favorite nympho bad-girl vampire slayer survives the finale of BTVS...

...in case she doesn't, I wish Ms. Dushku luck.

How dare you say that!

Besides, ya never know......Eliza could be playing another "cleavage-y slutbomb" in this new show; if that's the case, I won't even miss Faith at all*.

*Or maybe I will, if the writers for this show fail to give her a catchphrase as cool as "five by five."

I lament the loss of Andy Richter. Man, that's a cool show...damnit. I, for one, was a fan of Fastlane and John Doe, as well. I wish they were both still on the air, along with Futurama.

Oliver Beene has never made me laugh.

Man, I just realized every show that I liked that got cancelled this season was on Fox. Maybe I'm forgetting some other shows, but the only shows I really like that got cancelled were Andy Richter, Firefly, and Fastlane. That really sucks, especially considering I watch a lot of tv.
