I just saw a trade federation battle droid on ST:TNG
 

it's the episode where Data is sent to evacuate the people on the radiation planet that the Sheliak want
the girl that likes data had a thing in her house that looked like a battle droid's head and chest

That can't be. Star Wars took place long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away. Star Trek takes place in the future of our neck of the woods. -rolleyes-

Wrong episode. Nikki Cox was the creepy alien girl in "Pen Pals".
