I got the impression Harriet is pregnant again. when did this happen?
and is Tiner going to be an officer soon? a degree would make him eligible for OCS

Good to see them back into regular JAG. I am somewhat of a JAG newbie (I try to catch up by watching reruns on USA). How did Gunny leave JAG? He is obviously working for the CIA now - did they ever explain his leaving JAG previously.

after 9/11 when the US really was ramping up for war in Afghanistan they wrote the war into JAG and Gunny requested a transfer to a combat unit. He was seen in a few episodes that took place in Afghanistan but hadn't been seen much if at all this season

Okay - so his departure from JAG coincided with Randy Vasquez's move to the series First Monday (also produced by Bellasario).

I think that Harriet found out she was pregnant on their Christmas episode, not totally sure about it though. She wasn't feeling well etc, went to the doctor and he said she was pregnant. I think she annouced it to everyone that night while they were waiting for Harm to show to dinner and Bud was arguing with his father over dinner.
