The review does not say one way or the other so I would assume it was aired.

Heh ... lame marketing. I remember laughing at that nonsense when I bought the set. No, there's no unaired pilot ... at least not one that's ever been made available to the public. Just another classic case of blatant and intentional misleading avertising from the loveable a-holes at Buena Vista.
