Without a Trace - 5/1

Wow, I think that was my favorite episode of the season so far. I like how they revisited some of the questionable tactics taken on previous cases - they did it without making it seem boring or too much of a rehash. There were some very powerful perfomances too, especially by Anthony LaPaglia. Good stuff!

I thought that it had potential, but it fell apart. So they just dropped the investigation against Jack, he gets away with violating the pedophiles rights, and he gets his job back after he resigned? Now they have the perp on the street again, but I am sure that he will show up again somewhere down the line.

At least we know for sure that he was humping Samantha :hump:

I thought it was good.

I missed the ep with the Arab guy who was killed so I wasn't sure what happened there.

I agree Spalding will pop up again next season. I wouldn't be surprised if they have Jack ending up killing him.

Next week's looks like a great way to end the season, Poppy Montgomery in a tanktop:drool:

Spoiler:
I think that she gets kidnapped or taken hostage in the next episode

I thought this was one of the best episodes of the season. It revisited another one of the best -- the Spaulding case -- and brought a new view to the characters' relationships. I also liked how it deviated from the episodes' usual formula: one of these every once in a while would be much appreciated.

That sums it up rather nicely. I'm sure that we haven't seen the last of that perp.

Oh yeah, way to go, Jack! The writers have been slightly teasing the viewers on the Jack/Samantha angle all season, so it's good that they finally gave the viewers the 411 on it.

The episode did magnify the moral quandaries that law enforcement agents have to go through when time is of the essence to save lives and catch crooks/creeps. It was good to see Jack do the right thing (lose a battle, but gets a chance to keep on waging the war on the criminals). No doubt the pedophile will be under surveillance for quite a long time until he trips up again.
