NBC, right now, technical problem = just me?

95% of the sound coming out of my rear speakers, but for NBC only. Clearly, I know the problem isn't mine, but I'm wondering if it's my affiliate (likely), or nationwide.

I'm using DPLII processing, of course. Stereo sort of fixes the problem, but it definitely sounds out of phase.
