Is he dead and dreaming in another reality or alive and kicking?

WAY TOO MUCH has been going on for him not to be alive now. After the first 2 episodes maybe I could see how they could pull it off, but not now.

He's gotta be alive. I agree with JNielsen - this season is too far involved now for it all to be a dream.

After the first two episodes I wasn't sure like people have said, there is way too much going on for this to be a figment of Nate's coma imagination.

I don't know, I really have to wonder, 1) they never had a show start without a death. 2) They keep having slight remarks like the little girl in this weeks episode talking about 'Daddys gone here but not over here.' 3) Lisa made a coment like I choose this life this week as well. 4) People really felt everyone was out of character the first few episodes and 5) there is precedent on TV for this type of plot twist: St Elsewhere, Dallas, Bob Newheart etc.

Like I said in this weeks thread I would not be suprised if he's dead or in a comma, they never really resolved the first episode with his bouncing from reality to reality....

At this point, I think it would be a betrayal of all the other characters and their arcs for the series to "jump reality streams." Besides, I want to see how this Nathan faces up to the suffocating life he's let himself drift into.

Alive IMHO.
