Wow, Knots Landing Twins Storyline, greatest soap story ever told!?

Anyone watching lastest run of Knots Landing on Soapnet? They just wrapped up "twins storyline', boy was that amazing. What was side bonus for me was the fact it was abit haunting to me as bits and pieces vaguely came back to me from childs mind. I realized I watched part of this before, with my parents when I was kid. I always had this memory of Blonde woman in slow motion screaming about her babies(LOL) and my parents screaming , No Way at TV set, along with rest of American I sure, I believe it was only time Knots took number for week. Even my dad watched it, and he does not watch "soaps", he not type. I think characters of Sid and Mac really made it "okay soap for guys watch too".
Anyhow, man alive what Valene went thru! Unreal, I cant remember last time I cried but boy did I ball my eyes out alot today. Karens "speech" to Harry Fisher was amazing, a perfect finale to many of interwoven themes with this storyline, this part being true friendship. Every character on show was involved in this storyline it was layered so well. Watch each ones actions and how they dealt with it was like getting to see their inner soul and what they are really like. Boy was that hard to watch William Baldwins character? That self righteous brother telling Valene her friends abandoned her, grr. Then obviously the main them, a womens(mothers) connect to her children and knowing in her heart that they are alive when preposturousness and naysayers are consuming you think rationally. Boy they dont make soap like this anymore.

I have to admit I am a closet KL fanatic. I too watched with my parents when I was younger and am renewing that now on SoapNet, although I am about 15 episodes behind. TiVo is getting backed up quickly.
