Hey Dude was indeed on Nickelodeon and was a terrific show. I also always enjoyed the Secret World of Alex Mack.

Anyone remember the even older shows? You can't do that on Television, with a young Alanis Morisette? The classic Double Dare?

Hey Dude had Ben Stiller's fiance/wife in it, right?

What was the name of that Highschool comedy show?

LB: Yes, Christine Taylor, who was Marcia in the Brady Bunch movies was in "Hey Dude".

Some of the shows (Pete and Pete, Clarissa Explains It All) are replayed on "NOGIN". (Speaking of that channel, anyone know if "24/7" will be having new episodes.) The games shows are replayed on "NIKG".

LB...

Roundhouse was a classic and I wish they would rerun that series.

Here is a nice link to many classic Nickelodeon shows.

If anyone wants to see a great source for this, check out http://www.ycdtotv.com/ .

It has a good links page for the other shows of the time. I would have linked the Nick Nostalgia [also linked at the above] site but it is currently down, which must be recent as I was just looking at it a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully that's temporary as it had video and audio clips from most shows.

those were well past the glory days if you ask me. It's all about Double dare and Ren and stimpy. everything after that started going downhill.

When I was in college, my roommates and I were addicted to the bad teen soap opera Fifteen.

It was so unintentionally funny. Laura Harris (Marie from 24) was in it. The characters all had names like Dylan, Brittany, and Ashley.

I remember one plot where this kid had like 1 beer and all the characters were like "Dylan has a drinking problem!"

anyone ever notice on double dare how the person who had to do the monkey bars had an obstacle right before that involved their hands getting wet/slimy? coincedence?? they could never hold on to the bars!

also the big nose was the killer obstacle....so many families's dreams went down in flames because the flag could not be found in the big nose
